Hiking and You

Choose the hiking to your wishes...

How to choose the hiking adapted to your possibilities ? Two main questions you should ask yourself.
First one: How much time do I have ? Remember that usually the times indicated in the brochures or guide books represent the real duration of the hike and should be what determines your outing.
Second one: What level of difficulty should I choose, in accordance with my physical condition, my experience and my equipment?
