LUZ ARDIDEN is a ski resort at the heart of a dynamic valley which looks over true authentic villages, with a preserved heritage and a marked taste for fun, all the while retaining a bygone charm. Le resort is very lively thanks to its tapas bars, restaurants, night club, " Maison de la Vallée et du Parc National " " (cyber area, cinéma, shows, concerts...). With its three slopes quickly accessible (2 6-person chair lifts) and without queuing (even on weekends, we can assure you) the domain promises you an almost perfect snow cover (105 carefully positioned snow guns) and allows beginners as well as not too seasoned skiers to discover the wonderful panorama from the top of the mountain and to securely return back down in the valley by a very long blue piste. Without forgetting the black and red ones, which will delight the more sportive skiers. From the beginner to the most enthusiast rider, everyone will be able to enjoy it in its own way: snowboarders will love the freestyle and half-pipe (120m) and even small ones will be able to dream gliding like grown-ups at the "île aux pitchouns", on the magic carpet or in the beginners' area.

ski lessons – 4 reserved spots in the car park – easy access to the heated picnic room, ski school, high-altitude restaurant, toilets – adapted accommodation at 10 km.

Children

Free skiing for children under 6 (proof required). Snow kid's garden (4 to 6) : "l'île aux Pitchouns" (the Small Ones Island). Day care for children at the foot of the pistes (3 to 5 year old inclusive): the Pitchounerie (health book and proof of identity required). J'CLUB in the village (outdoor centre, only during school holidays for children from 3 to 12 year old).

December, 28th, January, 11th, February, 8th and March, 8th : Off-piste skiing with mountain guides in Bernazaou (1250 m difference in altitude).
December : first snow celebration : the frosted week.
January: SKI GIFT week
February: Concert at the Maison de la Vallée (school holidays).
March : SKI GIFT week: F.C.C. corporate skiing and snowboarding official races, the "Luz Heavy Metal Contest" (dressed up competition in the snowpark), the "Luzardidames" (a contest reserved to women), "Toy Pouce, 2009 Pattes".

By road : by RN21 , Lourdes at 30 km.
Train station: Lourdes (TGV) then SNCF shuttle until Luz Saint Sauveur - shuttle village/resort : going up (Luz village / Luz Ardiden) 9 am - 10h30 am - 12 o'clock ; going down (Luz Ardiden / Luz village) 9h45 am - 11h15 am - 15h15 pm - 17h15 pm.
Airport : Tarbes-Lourdes at 50 km (shuttle to the rue de la Grotte in Lourdes) -
